The Department of Trade and Industry – Laguna Provincial Office (DTI-Laguna)

through its Negosyo Center – Santa Rosa City in partnership with the City Cooperative and Development Office (CCDO) of Santa Rosa City conducted a webinar entitled Scale Your Business: Systematize Your Business Activity via Zoom last October 25, 2022 from 9:30 PM to 12:00 NN.

The webinar was attended by a total of 34 registered zoom participants including the resource speaker and DTI-Laguna team. The speaker for the webinar is Mr. Nicanor C. Satur Jr, the President and CEO of Satur Solutions, a firm helping companies and professionals in terms of marketing strategies, people management, and business operations.

Implementing systems and processes is essential for small businesses to help keep the company running smoothly, which means that there is a maximum output from the workforce. Systems, processes, and procedures all work together to ensure that the business is running efficiently. While all three of these components are important, they require a certain level of control to be successful.

The discussion aims to identify systems and processes definition, cite the importance and benefits of systems and processes, classify six types of small business systems and processes, present the steps to systemize MSMEs business, and encourage delegating business processes.

Participants were able to connect and have a collaborative engagement with the speaker and other MSMEs present in the webinar. After the webinar, participants were asked to accomplish a client satisfaction form and, in return, the organizer promised to send them a copy of the presentation and their certificate of participation.
