Residents found a 25-year-old man with his pet buffalo dead in Barangay Balogo, Pasacao, Camarines Sur.
According to the information, it appears that the victim, identified as Rannel Lagasca y Pitogo, a resident of Barangay Bical, San Fernando, Camarines Sur, was electrocuted due to a loose electric wire at around 4 o’clock in the morning.
Because it was still dark and there were no people at the scene, the incident was not immediately responded to.
According to the information, Rannel was about to sell the carabao, that’s why he left home early and it’s a long walk from the coastal Barangay of San Fernando,
Sympathy was immediately poured out to Rannel’s family. Some people who knew the victim described him as kind, loving and supportive to his parents and a very hardworking young man.
The remains of the victim have been taken home for his family in respect of his interment.
