Kinilala ni PCOL DOMINIC LABBAO BACCAY, Provincial Director Rizal PPO ang naaresto na si Arnold Loria y Balong, tatlumpu’t tatlong taong gulang at nakatira sa San Mateo, Rizal. Ang akusado ay nahaharap sa kasong Qualified Theft (31 counts) na inihain noong Disyembre 19, 2022 na inissue ni HON. MARIA CHERELL LEONARDO DECASTRO-SANSAET sa Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region Branch 222 Quezon, City.

Ang naarestong akusado ay pinaalalahanan ang lahat ng kanyang karapatan at kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng San Mateo Custodial Facility para sa tamang disposisyon at dokumentasyon sa kaso.

Muli namang pinuri ng butihing direktor ang matagumpay na pagkakaresto ng nasabing akusado na isa lamang sa magandang resulta ng walang kapagurang pagseserbisyo ng ating mga kapulisan at maibigay ang may Team effort at Kalingang Rizal PNP sa ating mga kababayan sa Rizal.
