San Jose MPS PNP was able to arrest Rank Number 9 Most Wanted Person Provincial Level. San Jose MPS personnel under the supervision of PMAJ HAZEL L SUAREZ, Chief of Police, conducted an operation against most wanted person which led to the arrest of the suspect at Sitio Quipot, Brgy. Aguila, San Jose, Batangas on 9:05 AM of December 24, 2022.
According to the report of Batangas Police Provincial Office Provincial Director PCOL PEDRO D SOLIBA to Police Regional Office CALABARZON Regional Director PBGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ JR., suspect is identified as Nestor Mendoza Magtaas, 62 years old, born on June 14, 1960, married, vendor, and resident of the aforesaid area.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA No. 8353 (The Anti-Rape Law of 1997) and RA No. 11648 issued by Hon. Maricel M. Magpantay-Ng of RTC Branch 1, Batangas City dated December 16, 2022.
