Kinilala ni Police Colonel Randy Glenn Silvio, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang suspek na sina alyas Nelson residente ng Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
Ayon sa report ni PLTCOL ROLLY B LIEGEN, hepe ng San Pedro CPS sa mabilis na aksyon ng ating mga personnel sa tawag ng concern citizen hinggil sa insidente ng pagpapaputok ng baril sa may Dan @ Jowel Bar and Restaurant KM30, Alora Compound, Brgy. Landayan, San Pedro City, Laguna ay agad naaresto ang suspek sa follow up operation kaninang madaling araw matapos maaktuhan ang suspek na may daladalang baril at ng beripikahin kung may dokumento ang nasabing baril ay wala itong maiprisinta.
Nakumpiska sa suspek ang isang (1) unit ng Colt MK IV Series 80 Cal. 45 Pistol na may serial number 05238, dalawang (2) magazine, sampung (10) pirasong bala, at isang basyo ng bala.
Ang nasabing akusado ay kasalukuyan nasa kostudiya ng San Pedro CPS at nahaharap naman sya sa patong patong na kasong kriminal na violation of R.A. 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”, Indiscriminate Firing, Alarm and Scandal at Physical Injury.
