Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Arestado ang dalawang (2) suspek sa ikinasang drug buy-bust operation ng Pagsanjan Municipal Police Station kaninang madaling araw, Oktubre 17, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Officer-in-Charge, Laguna PPO ang mga suspek na sina alyas “Kanto Boy”, 45 years old residente ng Brgy. Sabang Pagsanjan, Laguna at alyas “Jun-Jun”, 47 years old, residente ng Brgy. Sto. Angel Sur Sta. Cruz, Laguna at parehong tricycle driver.
Sa ulat ni PMAJ REYMOND E AUSTRIA, hepe ng Pagsanjan Municipal Police Station, nagkasa ang kanilang mga operatiba ng drug buy-bust operation kaninang madaling araw, Oktubre 17, 2023, sa Brgy. Biñan Pagsanjan, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto ng mga suspek matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang iligal na droga sa pulis na nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Sa isinagawang preventive search, nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang tatlong (3)
piraso ng plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang iligal na droga, isang pakete ng Marlboro fliptop case, isang piraso ng five-hundred peso bill na ginamit bilang marked money, tatlong piraso ng one hundred peso bill at isang piraso ng fifty peso bill as recovered money at isang belt bag na kulay itim.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Pagsanjan MPS ang mga arestadong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.” Samantala, ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Laguna Provincial Forensic Unit para sa forensic examination.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Ito po ay magsilbi sanang babala sa ating mga kababayan na mga namamasada at patuloy na tumatangkilik sa iligal na gawain partikular na sa pagbebenta at pag gamit ng iligal na droga. Maaari po itong magdulot ng iba pang uri ng krimen. Kaya ang kapulisan ng Laguna PNP ay patuloy ang monitoring at pagsasagawa ng mga Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation sa buong lalawigan.” #gtgilao
