On December 18, 2023 at 12:40 in the afternoon, PDEA Batangas Provincial Office and Batangas City Police Station conducted a joint buy-bust operation which led to the discovery and dismantling of a drug den and the arrest of four drug personalities in Barangay Balete, Batangas City, Batangas including an alleged drug den maintainer.
The suspects were identified as Erwin Viaña y Asnar, Babylyn Macaraig y Bulanhagui alias Ate, alleged drug den maintainer, Jerry Sevilla y Laping and Noel Malaluan y Hidalgo alias Kuya.
Confiscated from the suspects were more or less 10 grams of of suspected shabu worth Php68,000.00, various drug paraphernalia and buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violating Republic Act No 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects. #Edjun Mariposque
