PARTIDO FEDERAL NG PILIPINAS Inducting oath-takings of new PFP officers all over the Philippines

The claimant National Officers of The PARTIDO FEDERAL NG PILIPINAS Inducted the oath-taking of newly elected PFP CALABARZON officers occurred last January 8, 2024, held in Calamba City, Laguna. And many others from different regions, all over the Philippines already took their oath as per GOV. LEANDRO B. VERCELES JR.-PDP National President.

He added that all the officers in office are invalid as of September 18, 2023 so they decided to hold an election of new officers, and that the former officers, “they were inducting illegally”, “they slept on the rice”. He also challenged former National President Tamayo for a debate. As of this posting it is not yet known what Tamayo’s reaction is to this challenge.

The body is seeking the attention of Former party National President Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., Former party National Secretary-General Thompson C. Lantion and Former party General Counsel George S. Briones that the PARTY NATIONAL OFFICERS AUTHORITY EXPIRED AS OF SEPTEMBER 18, 2023 PFP released the Cease and Desist Order and Transition Guidelines for Former Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) National Officers and this is stated:

Dear Sirs:
By party Resolution No. 001, Series of 2001, the National Officers of the Partido Federal Of Pilipinas (PFP), including yourselves, were elected during a National Assembly/Convention held in Tupi, South Cotabato, on September 18, 2021 (refer to Annex A). Article XVIl, Section 2 of the party Constitution and By-laws (CBL) explicitly stipulates: “Section 2. All National Officers shall have a term of office of two (2) years, provided that the succession to any permanent vacancy in these positions shall only be for the unexpired portion of the term.” (underlining supplied) In compliance with this provision, your tenure in your elected positions concluded upon the expiration of the two-year term on September 17, 2023.
