Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite — Through the intelligence-driven operation of Warrant Officers of Naic Municipal Police Station, Most Wanted Person – Regional Level Nabbed in Brgy Captain C Nazareno, Naic, Cavite, on March 8, 2024.
The Chief of Police of Naic Municipal Police Station, PLTCOL CHESTER NOEL R BORLONGAN, identified the suspect as alias “Jimmy” a resident of Brgy Cabuco, Trece Martires City, Cavite, wanted for Crime of Rape under Article 266-A(1) in relation to 266 B of Revised Penal Code.
After close monitoring and surveillance, alias “Jimmy” was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Crime of Rape under Article 266-A(1) in relation to 266 B of Revised Penal Code with Criminal Case Number NC-1141-23 issued by Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 132 of Naic, Cavite, with no bail recommended.
The suspect is now under the custody of Naic Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Cavite Police Provincial Office remains committed to hunting down people with an existing warrant of arrest to make sure that they will face the charges filed against them in court.
