Calamba City—Just hours after filing his candidacy for the upcoming elections, Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal was back to work, continuing his dedicated service to the people of Calamba.

On Monday, Mayor Rizal provided financial assistance to victims of a recent fire through the City Social Services Department, enabling them to begin rebuilding their lives. Additionally, persons with disabilities (PWDs) received much-needed financial support through the Persons with Disability Affairs Office, responding to their requests for assistance.

Mayor Rizal also took part in the founding anniversary celebration of Barangay Bagong Kalsada, where he personally checked on the well-being of residents and celebrated the progress of the community.

In his message, Mayor Rizal emphasized that despite the looming election season, his primary focus remains on public service. “Malayo pa po ang eleksyon, may oras para dito, at parati po tayong MAY ORas para maglingkod sa ating mga Calambeño bilang inyong Ama ng Lungsod,” he stated, underscoring his ongoing commitment to serve.

The mayor concluded by invoking faith and pride in Calamba’s heritage: “Isang makaDiyos at makaRizal na araw po sa ating lahat! Ituloy natin ang PAGBABAGO!”

Mayor Rizal’s leadership continues to embody his commitment to genuine reform and dedicated service, ensuring that every Calambeño benefits from his administration’s programs.
