QUEZON – Arestado ang isang lalaki matapos na mahuli habang kumukuha ng National Police Clearance sa Tiaong Municipal Police Station noong Miyerkules ng umaga, Oktubre 9.
Natuklasan sa e-warrant system ng pulisya na mayroong pending warrant of arrest ang suspek para sa tatlong kaso ng qualified rape, na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court Branch 76 ng San Mateo, Rizal noong Mayo 28, 2012, nang walang inirekomendang piyansa.
Agad na nagkasa ng operasyon ang Tiaong Police upang beripikahin ang warrant, at nang makumpirma, inihain nila ang alias warrant para arestuhin ang suspek.
Ayon sa ulat ng Tiaong PNP, kabilang ang suspek sa listahan ng most wanted person ng CALABARZON. Siya ay kasalukuyang nakakulong sa custodial facility ng Tiaong Municipal Police Station habang inihahanda ang kanyang paglilipat sa kustodiya ng San Mateo, Rizal PNP.
