Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal led the distribution of financial aid today, benefiting over 850 Calambeños. The assistance was provided to those requiring support for hospital expenses, medication, burial costs, and other essential needs. The initiative underscores the city’s commitment to helping its residents in times of difficulty.

In addition to financial aid, Mayor Rizal emphasized the importance of the Mayor’s Office Public Assistance Center (MOPAC), which provides guarantee letters for medical needs. This service ensures that more Calambeños have access to necessary healthcare without worrying about the immediate costs.

Mayor Rizal highlighted that these efforts are part of his ongoing reforms aimed at improving the lives of Calamba’s citizens. He noted that the goal is to ensure that public services are felt directly by those who need them most, without unnecessary delays or obstacles.

Through the “CalamBAGO” program, Mayor Rizal stressed the importance of focusing on action rather than words. He reaffirmed that his administration is dedicated to making real, tangible changes that directly impact the people of Calamba, rather than engaging in baseless accusations or criticisms.

The mayor concluded by expressing his heartfelt wishes for the well-being of all Calambeños, urging everyone to stay united in the pursuit of progress. He wished the city a day filled with faith in God and pride in the legacy of Rizal.
