The Philippine National Police (PNP) PRO4A, proudly celebrating the exemplary service of two of its distinguished officers, PCOL Gauvin Mel Y. Unos, Acting Provincial Director of Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO), and PLTCOL Jojo I. Sabeniano, Chief of Public Information Office, Laguna PPO.
