San Carlos City, Negros Occidental – On November 24, 2024, personnel from 65SAC, 6th Special Action Battalion (6SAB) of PNP SAF, 2nd Maneuver Platoon, 605th Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 6 (RMFB 6), and San Carlos City Police Station, Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office successfully facilitated the voluntarily surrender of alias Jomar in Brgy. Punao, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The surrendered is a non-PSR member of Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) of North Negros Front-Dismantled (NNF-D) under Komiteng Rehiyon-Negros, Cebu, Bohol, and Siquijor (KR-NCBS).
2nd Maneuver Platoon, 605th Maneuver Company, RMFB 6 took custody of the surrenderer for documentation and processing for possible enrollment in the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
The surrender underscores the continued success of government programs aimed at encouraging the return of former rebels to civilian life.
