The National Police College (NPC) proudly celebrates its 31st Founding Anniversary with the theme “Cyber Resilience: Building Safer Communities Together.” The week-long festivities, running from February 11 to 19, 2025, emphasize the vital role of cybersecurity in modern law enforcement while fostering collaboration among experts, stakeholders, and future police leaders.

Key Event Highlights:

February 11 – Opening of NPC Sportsfest
The celebrations kick off with a Sportsfest, promoting camaraderie and well-being among students, faculty, and staff.

February 12 – Zumba, Fun Run, and NPC Research Forum
A day focused on fitness and knowledge-sharing, featuring an energetic Zumba session, the NPC Fun Run, and a Research Forum tackling pressing issues in cyber resilience and law enforcement.

February 13 – Tamang Bihis Presentation and Students’ Fellowship
The event reinforces discipline through a Tamang Bihis presentation, highlighting proper police attire, followed by a Students’ Fellowship to strengthen bonds among NPC learners.

February 18 – Poster Making Contest for Senior High School Students
A creative platform for young minds to express ideas on cyber resilience through art.

February 19 – NPC Anniversary Program, MOA Signing, and Sky Garden Launch
The grand celebration will feature NPC’s Anniversary Program, graced by PLTGEN Ricardo F. De Leon, Director General of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), as Guest of Honor and Speaker. Key highlights include the signing of Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) with local and international partners, reinforcing NPC’s commitment to global collaboration in police education and security. Additionally, NPC will unveil its Sky Garden and recognize outstanding contributions to food security and sustainability.

This year’s theme underscores NPC’s proactive stance in integrating cybersecurity into police education, ensuring that future law enforcers are well-equipped to tackle cyber threats and safeguard communities in the digital era.
