Naaresto ng mga operatiba ng Intel ng Caloocan City Police, kasama ang PSS-7, CCPS, at POLA Municipal Police Station Intel, ang isang lalaking kabilang sa listahan ng most wanted sa kasong apat (4) na bilang ng panggagahasa. Ang operasyon ay pinangunahan ni PCOL Edcille V. Canals, hepe ng Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS), sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PLTCOL Amor C. Cerillo, ACOPO/C, SIS, CCPS.

Nasakote ang suspek sa bisa ng isang warrant of arrest noong Pebrero 21, 2025, Biyernes ng madaling-araw, bandang 12:50 AM, sa Block 1, Lot 29, Benedict Ville, Llano, Barangay 167, Caloocan City.

Kinilala ang naarestong suspek na si JAY FETALCO y PEÑASCOSA
54 taong gulang, lalaki, tubong Oriental Mindoro, may asawa, delivery helper, at residente ng Block 1, Lot 29, Benedict Ville, Llano, Barangay 167, Caloocan City.

Ayon sa ulat ng pulisya, isinagawa ang isang manhunt operation laban sa most wanted person, na nagresulta sa matagumpay na pag-aresto kay Fetalco. Siya ay may kinakaharap na apat (4) na kaso ng panggagahasa (Rape) na may kaugnayan sa Republic Act 7610, at isang kaso ng statutory rape. Ang mga kasong ito ay may docketed criminal case numbers 13-8686, 13-8687, 13-8688, at 13-8689, na pawang may petsang Nobyembre 15, 2013. Samantala, ang kaso ng statutory rape ay may docketed case number C-13-8685, na may petsang Nobyembre 25, 2013. Ang mga warrant of arrest ay inilabas ni Hon. Recto A. Calabocal, Presiding Judge ng RTC Branch 42, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, nang walang inirekomendang piyansa.

Matapos maaresto, binasahan ng kanyang mga karapatan ang suspek at kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng SIS-CCPS para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at pagsasauli ng warrant of arrest sa korte ng pinagmulan.
