Dalawang High-Value Drug Suspects, Arestado sa Buy-Bust Operation sa Caloocan

Caloocan City – Dalawang hinihinalang high-value drug personalities ang naaresto sa matagumpay na buy-bust operation ng mga operatiba ng Northern Police District – District Drug Enforcement Unit (NPD-DDEU), sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), noong Lunes ng gabi, Marso 17, 2025, sa Phase 8, Package 5, Brgy. 176D, Caloocan City.

Kinilala ang mga suspek bilang sina:

Alyas “Pade,” 58 taong gulang, walang trabaho, at tubong Bicol at Alyas “Arnold,” 62 taong gulang, walang trabaho, at tubong Pampanga.

Ayon sa ulat ng pulisya, isang operatiba ng PNP ang nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer upang maisagawa ang transaksyon, na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng dalawang suspek.

Mga Nakumpiskang Ebidensya sa operasyon, narekober mula sa mga suspek ang sumusunod:

Isang (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu (subject to sale).

Isang (1) knot-tied transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu.

Dalawang (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu.

Isang (1) tunay na ₱500 bill na may serial number CQ512391 at limang (5) pirasong ₱1,000 boodle money na ginamit bilang buy-bust money, may marking at lagda ng arresting officer.

Isang (1) pouch na may iba’t ibang kulay.

Kabuuang timbang ng nakumpiskang hinihinalang shabu ay humigit-kumulang 60 gramo, na may street value na ₱408,000.00.

Binasahan ng kanilang mga karapatan ang mga suspek at nahaharap sila sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs) at Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) ng Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Bagamat aminado ang mga suspek na hindi sila gumagamit ng droga, inamin nilang sila ay sangkot sa pagbebenta nito.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang mga suspek ay nasa kustodiya ng NPD-DDEU para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at pagsasampa ng kaso.
