LALAKI ARESTADO SA PAG-AAMOK SA BAGONG SILANG, NORTH CALOOCAN

Isang lalaki ang naaresto matapos mag-amok sa Phase 10, Package 2, Brgy. 176-F, Bagong Silang, North Caloocan noong madaling araw ng Biyernes, Marso 21, 2025, bandang 3:00 AM.

Sa isang matagumpay na operasyon ng West Bagong Silang Police Substation 12 (SS12) ng Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS), inaresto ang suspek na kinilalang si alyas Benjamin.

Ayon sa ulat, nagsasagawa ng foot patrol ang mga pulis sa naturang lugar nang isang concerned citizen ang lumapit upang iulat ang isang lalaking nagwawala at may hawak na baril. Agad rumesponde ang mga pulis at nadatnan ang suspek sa akto ng kanyang pag-aamok. Matapos ang maingat na negosasyon, naaresto ang lalaki nang hindi na lumala pa ang insidente.

Narekober mula sa suspek ang isang (1) gun replica at isang (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 2 gramo at tinatayang halagang Php 13,600.00.

Dahil dito, sinampahan ang suspek ng mga kasong Violation of Article 155 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC), Section 35 ng RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) in relation to BP 881, at Section 11, Article II ng RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Sa kasalukuyan, ang suspek ay nasa kustodiya ng West Bagong Silang Police Substation 12 para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at kaukulang proseso.
