CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — In a show of unity and purpose, the HELP Pilipinas Party-list formally launched its intensified 2025 campaign during a well-attended press conference held on April 28, 2025, at RSM Lutong Bahay in Calamba City. Led by its first nominee, Dr. Mildred Vitangcol, the event brought together local leaders from CALABARZON and the National Capital Region (NCR), highlighting the party’s commitment to serve as “Kaagapay ng bawat Pamilyang Pilipino.”

A key figure present at the event was Calamba City ABC President and Councilor Pio “Papa P” Dimapilis, who expressed his full support for HELP Pilipinas Party-list and its advocacies. Councilor Dimapilis emphasized the importance of collaboration between local government leaders and national representatives to bring much-needed services closer to the grassroots.
“Bilang katuwang ng HELP Pilipinas dito sa Calamba, sisiguraduhin nating makarating ang mga programa sa bawat barangay. Sama-sama nating itataas ang kalidad ng buhay ng bawat pamilyang Calambeño,” he said.

Dr. Vitangcol presented the party’s comprehensive platform anchored on four major sectors: Health, Education, Livelihood, and Programs for the Filipino Family. Among the health initiatives are the expansion of barangay health centers, establishment of mobile health clinics in far-flung areas, increased compensation for community health workers, and stronger anti-tuberculosis programs.

In education, the party vows to push for free technical and vocational training, build modern public schools, improve teacher support, and ensure inclusive education for all, including persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Livelihood initiatives include support for farmers, fishermen, and small business owners, promotion of traditional “hilot” healing, enhancement of TNVS services, and advocacy for safe, eco-friendly public transportation.

Dr. Vitangcol emphasized that HELP Pilipinas is not just another political group, but a movement focused on sustainable and inclusive development.
“We are here to listen, to act, and to lead with compassion. This election is our opportunity to institutionalize lasting reforms that uplift the lives of every Filipino family,” she declared.

The party-list is actively campaigning for seats in the House of Representatives to champion legislation aligned with their advocacies.

With the strong backing of local leaders like Councilor Dimapilis and a clear mission rooted in service, HELP Pilipinas Party-list is poised to make a meaningful impact in 2025 and beyond.
