Calamba City — Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal continues to champion inclusive progress as 700 families received livelihood support under the “Kabuhayan ni Rizal” program, a flagship initiative that aims to uplift the lives of Calambeños through sustainable income opportunities.

“This is not just financial aid—it is a bridge to decent work, self-sufficiency, and a more prosperous future,” Mayor Rizal shared during the official distribution ceremony.

The program, part of the local government’s broader vision for a more economically empowered Calamba, offers beneficiaries the chance to start or strengthen small-scale enterprises. It targets individuals and families in need of economic assistance, with the goal of transforming them into self-reliant entrepreneurs.

The mayor emphasized that each livelihood package distributed represents a concrete step toward meaningful change in the community:
“In every step of progress, we are with you,” he said.

With initiatives like this, Mayor Rizal reaffirms his administration’s dedication to creating job-generating programs and opening doors for long-term development for all Calambeños.
