Calamba City, Laguna – Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal expressed his heartfelt solidarity and joy as he joined the meaningful celebration of the 22nd founding anniversary of the Villa Palao/Banlic Senior Citizen Association (VIPABASECA) Inc. at Barangay Banlic, Calamba City, Laguna.

Highlighting the event’s spirit, Mayor Ross Rizal honored the dedication, unity, and contribution of Calamba’s senior citizens, saying, “This is proof that true happiness knows no age, and that unity remains steadfast through the years. We salute your commitment and compassion for the community!”

Adding warmth to the celebration, Mayor Rizal personally handed out simple gifts to the association’s officers and members as a token of appreciation for their service and love for the community. The mayor also gamely joined the seniors on the dance floor, sharing smiles, laughter, and lively moves that brought even more joy to the gathering.

The anniversary event was filled with camaraderie, Joyful presentations, and heartfelt moments that celebrated the invaluable role of the elderly in shaping and uplifting Calamba. The mayor’s presence and active participation reflected the city government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that the senior citizens remain healthy, happy, and engaged in community life.
