Ex-Convict, Arestado sa Buy-Bust Operation ng SDEU Caloocan; Shabu at Baril, Nakumpiska

Caloocan City – Arestado ang isang ex-convict na matagal nang sangkot sa pagbebenta ng ilegal na droga matapos ang matagumpay na anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation na ikinasa ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng Caloocan City nitong Miyerkules ng madaling araw, Agosto 20, 2025, bandang alas-12:10 ng umaga sa Blk. 10, Lot 16, Gucci Street, Barangay 171.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Akiko Feliciano y Nmn alyas “Tom”, na nahuli matapos magpanggap na poseur buyer ang isang pulis. Pinangunahan ang operasyon ni PLT Restie F. Mables, hepe ng SDEU Caloocan, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Joey T. Goforth, OIC ng Caloocan City Police Station, at may kaukulang koordinasyon sa PDEA (Coordination No. 10001-082025-0590).

Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang Isang kalibre .38 revolver na walang serial number at tatlong bala, Isang puting belt bag, Dalawang cellphone (isa’y gamit bilang alternative recording device), Isang sirang body-worn camera, Isang sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na tumitimbang ng 5 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng ₱34,000 (subject for sale), Tatlong sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na tumitimbang ng 7 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng ₱47,600, at Buy-bust money: isang tunay na ₱500 at limang pirasong pekeng ₱1,000 bill

Sa kabuuan, umabot sa 12 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng tinatayang ₱80,600 ang nasamsam mula sa operasyon.

Nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at Section 11 ng RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), Section 28 ng RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), pati na rin Malicious Mischief at paglabag sa PD 1829 (Obstruction of Justice) laban sa iba pang kasabwat na sina Cyrill Feliciano at Santa Feliciano na kasalukuyang pinaghahanap.

Mariin namang itinanggi ni Feliciano ang akusasyon at iginiit na hindi siya nagbebenta ng droga at ang baril umano ay pag-aari lamang ng isang kaibigan.

Sa ngayon, nasa kustodiya na ng SDEU Caloocan ang suspek para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at pormal na pagsasampa ng kaso.
