Calamba City, Laguna – Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal extended his heartfelt congratulations to City Councilor Hon. Arvin Laude-Manguiat for his victory as the newly elected President of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Laguna Chapter.

In his official message, Mayor Rizal expressed pride and joy, saying that Manguiat’s achievement is not only a personal honor but also a triumph for the entire City of Calamba.
