Joint operatives of PDEA Regional Office 4A Special Enforcement Team 1 and 2, PDEA Rizal Provincial Office, and Rizal Provincial Intelligence Team discovered and dismantled a drug laboratory and arrested  high-value drug personality on November 16, 2025 at 2:00 in the morning at Sitio Pinyahan, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal.

Authorities arrested alias Joel, 40, single, caretaker, while alias Choi Minsoo aka Jazz, a Korean-American national, and alias Pai remains at large.

Confiscated during the operation were more or less 300 grams of suspected shabu worth Php900,000.00, three (3) plastic bottles containing liquid substance suspected to be shabu, liquid substances suspected to be controlled precursors and essential chemicals (CPECS), various drug paraphernalia and equipment, and buy-bust money.

Cases for violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26 para b (Conspiracy to Sell Dangerous Drugs), Section 8 (Manufacture of Dangerous Drugs and or CPECs), Section 10 (Manufacture or Delivery of Equipment, Instruments, Apparatus, and other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs and/or CPECs), Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect.
