Kalinga – On November 28, 2025, personnel from 11SAB of this Unit together with Pinukpuk Municipal Police Station, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency CAR, other PNP units, and Philippine Army conducted joint counterinsurgency operation through facilitation of voluntary surrender of a.k.a. Damolog/Jaguar, PSR-listed CTG member under Squad Uno, Platun Uno, Regional Guerilla Unit, Ilocos-Cordillera Regional Committee for 2nd Quarter CY 2025 in Brgy. Apatan, Pinukpuk, Kalinga.
The surrenderer is currently undergoing documentation and processing for possible enrolment in the E-CLIP to help him reintegrate into mainstream society.
The success of the operation reflects the continued commitment of the PNP to counterterrorism efforts and to sustaining peace and security in the region through peaceful means.
