Dalawang Lalaki, Arestado sa Follow-Up Operation Kaugnay ng Robbery at Ilegal na Droga sa Caloocan City

Dalawang lalaki ang naaresto ng mga tauhan ng Congressional Police Sub-Station 9, Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) sa isang matagumpay na follow-up operation kaugnay ng kasong Robbery (Art. 293 of the Revised Penal Code) at paglabag sa Section 11, Article II ng R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Isinagawa ang operasyon noong Enero 23, 2026, bandang 11:30 ng gabi, sa Phase 5, Bagong Silang, Barangay 176, Caloocan City.
Ayon sa ulat, ang follow-up operation ay isinagawa kaugnay ng insidente ng pagnanakaw na naganap sa No. 31 Dahlia Street, Celia Subdivision, Deparo, Barangay 168, Caloocan City, na natuklasan bandang 3:00 ng madaling araw ng parehong araw.

Sa pangunguna ni PCPT Ryan Joshua Sangalang, Officer-in-Charge ng Sub-Station 9, at sa direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Joey T. Goforth, Chief of Police ng CCPS, nagsagawa ng masusing imbestigasyon ang mga operatiba. Sa pamamagitan ng CCTV backtracking at forwarding, natunton ang getaway vehicle na ginamit ng mga suspek—isang tricycle—na nagresulta sa kanilang pagkakaaresto.
Kinilala ang mga suspek na sina alyas Angelo at Anghelo.

Narekober mula sa mga suspek ang mga sumusunod:
• Isang (1) gas stove
• Isang (1) LPG tank at isang (1) tricycle
• Dalawang (2) piraso ng heat-sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may kabuuang timbang na humigit-kumulang 0.9 gramo, na may tinatayang halaga na ₱12,240.00

Ang mga suspek ay binasahan ng kanilang mga karapatan at nahaharap sa kasong Robbery (Art. 293 of RPC) at Violation of Section 11, Article II ng R.A. 9165. Itinanggi naman ng mga suspek ang alegasyon na sila ay nagbebenta ng ilegal na droga.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang mga suspek ay nasa kustodiya ng Congressional Police Sub-Station 9 CCPS para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at kaukulang proseso ng batas.
