CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — Continuing his strong push for infrastructure-driven progress, Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal led the blessing and inauguration of the newly constructed Barangay Hall of Barangay 4 on February 13, 2026, marking another milestone in the city’s sustained development efforts.


The new barangay hall, located in Barangay 4, serves as the central hub for community programs, projects, and frontline public services, bringing government assistance closer to residents. The facility is expected to enhance the efficiency of service delivery while providing a more organized and comfortable space for both officials and constituents.


Mayor Rizal emphasized that the project reflects the city government’s unwavering commitment to inclusive growth and responsive governance.


“Mas maayos na pasilidad, mas maayos na serbisyo, para sa mas maunlad na barangay at lungsod,” local officials shared during the ceremony, highlighting the importance of accessible and people-centered public service.
