PSA Brings Civil Registry Services to San Pascual: CRS Mobile Outlet Held for 36th Civil Registration Month

SAN PASCUAL, BATANGAS — In celebration of the 36th Civil Registration Month, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Batangas, together with the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office IV-A, successfully conducted a Civil Registry System (CRS) Mobile Outlet on February 13, 2026, at the 4th Floor of Cayetano Hall, Municipal Hall of San Pascual, Batangas.

The activity was held in line with this year’s theme, “Navigating the Future Together: Advancing CRVS in Shaping the Global and Regional Data Ecosystem,” highlighting the importance of strengthening civil registration and vital statistics systems for a more inclusive and data-driven future.

The successful implementation of the mobile outlet was made possible through the strong coordination and support of the Local Civil Registry Office of San Pascual, Batangas, under the leadership of Ms. Eflida M. Adel.

The initiative aimed to bring PSA services closer to the people, offering residents a more convenient way to request and obtain essential civil registry documents without the need to travel to far-off service centers.

During the one-day activity, the CRS Mobile Outlet provided on-site processing and issuance of PSA-certified copies of birth, marriage, and death certificates, along with other related civil registry documents. Residents from various barangays in San Pascual benefited from the fast, accessible, and efficient services provided.

Through this outreach effort, the Philippine Statistics Authority reaffirmed its commitment to delivering timely, accurate, and reliable civil registry services, ensuring that civil registration remains accessible to all communities in observance of Civil Registration Month.
