QUEZON — Arestado ang dalawang high value individual (HVI) matapos masabat sa kanila ang tinatayang mahigit na 6.1 milyong pisong halaga ng hinihinalang shabu sa isinagawang drug buy bust operation sa Lucena City nitong Linggo Marso 29 ng mga operatiba ng Lucena PNP DEU.

Kinilala ang mga suspek sa alyas na Kalbo, 43 anyos at Macmac,35 anyos na kapwa residente ng naturang lugar at pareho ma ding nasangkot sa kaso ng iligal na droga.

Isinagawa ng Lucena City PNP ang drug buy bust operation sa may bahagi ng Purok Baybayin Phase 4, Barangay Ibabang Dupay, kung saan nakumpiska sa kanilang posesyon ang humigit-kumulang 300 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu, buy-bust money, at iba pang drug paraphernalia.

Kasalukuyang nasa kostudiya at nakakulong ang mga suspek sa Lucena PNP custodial facility at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at Section 11 ng RA 9165.

Ayon kay Quezon Provincial Director PCOL Romulo Albacea,ang Quezon Pulis ay patunay ito na tuloy-tuloy at seryoso ang kampanya ng kapulisan laban sa ilegal na droga upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng komunidad.
