Ayon sa nagrespondeng BFP-Lupi sa nangyaring aksidente nagtamo si Wally ng mga gasgas sa kamay at binti, at hindi halos maigalaw ng maayus ang kanang binti.
Base sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng Lupi PNP na posible umanong aksidenteng napadaan sa lubak ng kalsada ang motorsiklo nito habang tinatahak nito ang kahabaan ng highway kasama ang grupo ng rider papuntang Bicol.
Nilapatan na ng lunas si Bayola sa isang private hospital sa Naga City.
