BAY, LAGUNA – Strengthening its commitment to accessible and compassionate healthcare, the Provincial Government of Laguna under the leadership of Sol Aragones officially inaugurated its second free dialysis center on February 20, 2026, at the Bay District Hospital.
The newly opened facility aims to bring life-saving treatment closer to patients suffering from chronic kidney disease, particularly those who previously had to travel far for regular dialysis sessions. By situating the center within Bay District Hospital, the provincial government ensures more convenient, affordable, and efficient access to essential medical care for Lagunenses.
Governor Aragones personally visited the facility alongside her health team to inspect its readiness and encourage residents to take advantage of the program. She urged prospective patients to register early at the hospital or call 09778363075 ahead of the center’s full operations, which officially begin on March 2, 2026.
The establishment of the dialysis center reflects the province’s continuing investment in public health infrastructure, ensuring that vulnerable patients receive consistent treatment without the added burden of high medical costs or long-distance travel.
With the opening of this second dialysis facility, Laguna takes another significant step toward expanding free and quality healthcare services across the province—bringing hope, relief, and renewed strength to families in need.
