The Kabayanian Agri-Trade Fair Year 3 is being held today, April 27, at the Laguna Cultural Center with the theme “Masasaka’y Aasenso, kaya’t mag-Agri-Negosyo!”, bringing together farmers, cooperatives, and Irrigators Associations across Calabarzon to showcase local agricultural products and strengthen agribusiness opportunities.

The Field Agricultural Extension Services – Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (FAES-OPAG) Laguna headed by Dr. Niño Banayo, together with the Provincial Government of Laguna under Governor Sol Aragones, expressed support for the event, reinforcing efforts to strengthen agriculture and empower local farmers.

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Calabarzon, through Regional Manager Engr. Roberto Dela Cruz, led the invitation to the public to support and participate in the agri-trade fair, which features around 27 Irrigators Associations from the five provinces of the region.

The event serves as a key platform for market access, livelihood opportunities, and agricultural innovation, highlighting Calabarzon’s growing strength in the farming and agri-business sector.
