President Marcos Thankful to all Investors for the Railway Project

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is the Keynote Speaker in the ceremonial signing for the South Commuter Railway Project of the North-South Commuter Railway on October 6, 2022, at Jose Rizal Monument Plaza, Calamba City, Laguna

Senator Mark Villar, DOTR Secretary Jaime Bautista, Philippine National Railways (PNR) General Manager Jeremy S. Regino and Board of Directors of PNR also attended the said event.

Provincial Government of Laguna headed by Gov. Ramil Hernandez, Vice Governor Karen Agapay, LGU of Calamba City are among the officials present in this remarkable event.

President Marcos is thankful to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for co-financing the railway system and in making the project possible. –Sheila Florentino
