Ipinakita ni Laguna Police Provincial Office, Officer-In-Charge, Police Colonel Randy Glenn G Silvio, ang isang linggong accomplishments ng Laguna PPO laban sa illegal na droga at illegal na sugal kasama rin ang loose firearms at mga naarestong wanted persons sa buong lalawigan ng Laguna.
Ayon kay PCOL SILVIO ang mga nagawa ng Laguna PNP sa isang linggo simula Oktubre 19-24, 2022 ay matagumpay na naisagawa at naipatupad sa pamamagitan ng aktibong suporta ng mamayan ng Laguna.
Sa nakalipas na isang lingo ay nagsagawa ang Laguna PNP ng Anti-illegal Drugs Buy bust Operation, Anti-illegal gambling Operation, Manhunt Operation at Loose Firearms Operation.
Sa anti-illegal drugs buy bust operation nagsagawa ang Laguna PNP ng sixty (60) na operation at nakapag aresto ng seventy three (73) na indibidwal at nakumpiska nila sa mga naaresto ang hinihinalang illegal na shabu na may timbang na aabot sa 38.24 gramo at marijuana na may timbang na 631.541 na gramo na may halagang Php 437,740 pesos.
Sa anti-illegal gambling operation ng Laguna PNP ay nakapagtala sila ng fifty four (54) na operation at nakapag aresto ng ninety nine (99) na indibidwal at umabot naman sa Php 80,988 ang nakumpiskang pera.
Sa manhunt operation na isinagawa ng Laguna PNP ay nakapag aresto sila ng twenty four (24) most wanted person at thirty seven (37) na other wanted person na may kabuuang naaresto na sixty one (61) na individual kabilang si Gudito Rebano na most wanted person regional level sa kasong murder, at sa kampanya naman sa loose firearms nakapag aresto tayo ng dalawang (2) indibidwal at nakapag kumpiska ng apat (4) na loose firearms sa isanagawang pitong (7) operation.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL Silvio “Ang Laguna PNP ay seryoso sa pagsugpo sa lahat ng illegal na gawain dito sa lalawigan ng Laguna upang mapanatili ang kaayusan, kapayapaan tungo sa kaunlaran ng mamayang ng Laguna..#gtgtalampas
