Ipinakita ni Laguna Police Provincial Office, Acting Provincial Director, Police Colonel Randy Glenn G Silvio, ang isang linggong accomplishments ng Laguna PPO laban sa illegal na droga at illegal na sugal kasama rin ang loose firearms at mga naarestong wanted persons sa buong lalawigan ng Laguna.
Ayon kay PCOL SILVIO ang mga nagawa ng Laguna PNP sa isang linggo simula Disyembre 19-24, 2022 ay matagumpay na naisagawa at naipatupad sa pamamagitan ng aktibong suporta ng mamayan ng Laguna.
Sa anti-illegal drugs operation nagsagawa ang Laguna PNP ng apatnapu’t tatlong (43) operation na nagresulta sa pagkaka-aresto ng apatnapu’t walong (48) indibidwal at nakumpiska sa mga naarestong drug suspect ang mga hinihinalang illegal na shabu na may timbang na aabot sa 32.89 gramo na may tinatayang halaga na aabot sa Php 244,030.00 at marijuana na may timbang na 44.09 gramo na may halagang aabot sa Php 5,268.00 pesos.
Sa kampanya naman kontra illegal gambling, ang Laguna PNP ay nakapagtala ng tatlumpu’t dalawang (32) operation na nagresulta sa pagkaka-aresto ng animnapu’t walong (68) indibidwal, limampu’t siyam (59) dito ay arestado sa illegal number games o bookies habang pito (7) naman ang naaresto sa iba pang sugal at umabot naman sa Php 58,000.00 ang nakumpiskang pera.
Sa manhunt operation na isinagawa ng Laguna PNP, naaresto ang pitong (7) Most Wanted Person kabilang dito ang isang (1) Regional Level, isang (1) Provincial Level, limang (5) City/Municipal Level at dalawampu’t anim (26) naman ang naaresto na kabilang sa Other Wanted Person.
Samantala, sa Loose Firearms Operation naman na isinagawa ng Laguna PNP ay nakapagtala ng tatlong (3) operation na nagresulta sa pagkaka-aresto ng 3 personalidad, habang kumpiskado naman ang tatlong (3) firearms.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL Silvio “Itong mga accomplishments ng Laguna PNP ay isang patunay na ang inyong kapulisan at komunidad ay may maayos na ugnayan, sapagkat malaki po ang kanilang ambag sa pagsugpo sa kriminalidad at sila din ay kaisa ng PNP upang magkaroon ng maayos, ligtas at mapayapang holiday season sa lalawigan ng Laguna.#gtgtalampas
