Two drug dens were successfully discovered and dismantled by PNP and PDEA during a joint buy-bust operations conducted in the Provinces of Laguna and Quezon on March 14, 2023.
At around 7:30 PM joint operatives of Biñan City Police Station and PDEA Laguna Provincial Office arrested an alleged drug den maintainer operating in Barangay Malaban, Biñan City, Laguna identified as Utok Regala y Reyes alias Jr., together with Jeric Regala y Reyes and Maribel Desierto y Medoranda.
Confiscated during the operation were more or less 10 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of Php69,000.00, buy-bust money and various drug paraphernalia.
At 11:30 in the evening, operatives of Lucena City Police Station, PDEA Seaport Interdiction Unit-Lucena, PDEA IV-B Marinduque Provincial Office and PDEA Quezon Provincial Office arrested Lenard Balenial y Umali, alleged drug den maintainer, Joseph Regaza y Leynes alias Otep and Romulo Palisoc y Murillo.
Confiscated during the operation were more or less 10 grams of suspected shabu worth Php69,000.00, various drug paraphernalia and buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Article II of Republic Act No 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed in court.
