DRUG BUY-BUST RESULTED IN THE DISCOVERY AND DISMANTLING OF A DRUG DEN IN BATANGAS CITY
On March 25, 2023 at 2:14 in the afternoon, Batangas City Police Station, Seaport Interdiction Unit-Batangas and PDEA Batangas Provincial Office conducted a joint buy-bust operation which led to the discovery and dismantling of a drug den and arrest of three drug personalities in Barangay Cuta, Batangas City, Batangas.
Arrested drug personalities were identified as Ismael Maranan y Almadin alias Ismael, Lexter Faner y Fabrigas and Pepe Macalalad.
Confiscated from the suspects were more or less 10 grams of suspected shabu worth Php69,000.00, various drug paraphernalia and buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violating Republic Act No 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspects.
