Personnel of Warrant Section of this station led by PMSg Darwin S De Castro under direct supervision of PLTCOL RONALDO LUMACTOD JR, ACOP, SJDM CPS (lead unit) together with Personnel of RIU- 6, led by PLTCOL RYAN BOBBY PALOMA (provided intel packet operation), PNP AKG Visayas Field Unit, Ilo-Ilo Satellite Office, led by PLTCOL LOWEL BER CERALVO, Balasan MPS, led by PCapt Alexander S Lauron, Sta. Barbara MPS, Ilo-Ilo PPO, PRO 6 led by PMAj Jose Rey S Pabalan, RMFB 6, 601st Coy led by PCapt Richard Esteral and Ilo-Ilo 1st PMFC led PMaj Joven Arevalo, conducted an intelligence operation drive to get the custody of the accused RONEL BOHOLANO y BLANCO, 41 y/o, male, single, rice dealer, DOB December 13, 1982, native of Balasan, Ilo-Ilo City and presently residing at Brgy. Ipil, Balasan, Ilo-Ilo City.(Arrested) for the crime of

1). “RAPE” docketed under CC# 436-SJDM-2022 with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED;

2). “ACTS OF LASCIVIOUSNESS IN REL. TO SEC 5(b) OF R.A 7610 docketed under CC# 435-SJDM-2022, with One Hundred Eighty Thousand pesos (Php180, 000) bail recommended; and

3). Thirty Seven (37) COUNTS of SEXUAL ASSAULT IN REL TO SEC 5(b) OF R.A 7610, docketed under CC# 397 to 398-SJDM-2022 & 400 to 434-SJDM-2022, with one hundred eighty thousand pesos (Php180,000.00) bail recommended each counts, all issued by Hon. Ma Cristina Geronimo Juanson, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 5FC, CSJDM, Bulacan, dated September 8, 2022, The Warrant of arrest was received by this station on September 8, 2022. Hence, pursuant to (A.M No. 21-06-08-SC) Body Worn Camera was used during police operation.

Arrested accused was temporarily detained at Balasan MPS before transporting the accused from Ilo-ilo to City of San Jose Del Monte, City Police Station custodial facilities for proper documentation prior return to the issuing court.
