Sa pag bisita ni PBGEN GACES binigyan niya ng parangal ang mga Bayan na nag wagi sa ginanap na timpalak para sa Mural Painting Contest na tinanggap ng mga Chief of Police. Ang nasabing contest ay isa sa mga proyekto ni PCOL SILVIO para sa mga Kabataan Kontra sa Droga at Terorismo, (KKDAT) Laguna Chapter at mga Local Youth Artist. Ang mga nasabing Mural Painting Contest ay upang isulong ang Aktraksyon pang Turista, kaugalian at Tradition ng Lalawigan ng Laguna. Matapos ang awarding ay nakasama ng butihing Regional Director ang mga kapulisan ng Laguna sa isang munting salo-salo.
Kinausap din niya ang personnel ng Laguna PPO at nagbigay ito ng paalala para sa mga Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel bilang lingkod-bayan ay kailangan isa puso ang tungkulin ginagampan, upang maging maayos at matiwasay ang tungkulin at responsibidad na inatang sa balikat ng bawat isa, ng sa ganun ay mas higit na magkaroon na mapayapa, matiwasay, maayos at maunlad na pamayanan ang lalawigan ng Laguna
Sa isinagawang Command Conference kasama ang Provincial Staff, mga Chief of Police at Force Commanders kung saan ipinaabot ng ating butihin Regional Director PBGEN GACES ang kanyang suporta sa ama ng kapulisan na si PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR sa kanyang program na Five Points Agenda.
Kasama din sina PBGEN JOSEPH B BAYAN, Regional Director, RIAS, PCOL ROEL C RODOLFO, ADRDO, DRDO, at ang PRO-CALABARZON Regional Staff sa nasabing pagbisita.
