On June 6, 2023 at 5:03 PM, joint operatives of PDEA Regional Office IV-A Seaport Interdiction Unit-Batangas, Batangas City Police Station, and PDEA Batangas Provincial Office conducted a buy-bust operation in Barangay Calicanto, Batangas City, Batangas which resulted in the arrest of three drug personalities and the seizure of more or less 10 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of Php68,000.00, buy-bust money and various drug paraphernalia.
Suspects were identified as Elizabeth Habla y Rustia, 29, alleged drug den maintainer; Henzon Rustia y Aggilon, 24 and Alvin De Torres y Hernandez, 24.
Appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act No 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
