A 17-year-old boy, who was allegedly the suspect in the sexual assault of his 4 younger siblings, was shot dead by riding-in-tandem gunmen in Brgy. Calumpang, Nagcarlan, Laguna on Tuesday afternoon.
Nagcarlan police report said, the victim was riding his motorcycle when he was chased by two individuals riding on another motorcycle.
When they caught up with him, he was shot multiple times.
He sustained gunshot wounds in various parts of his body and died before reaching the hospital.
The suspects quickly fled the scene.
The Nagcarlan police are still investigating the motive behind the crime.
Nagcarlan Police Chief PMAJ. Paul Raymund Ayon confirmed that the deceased victim was the suspect in the sexual assault of his 4 minor siblings.
It was revealed that the victim, who is the eldest among their siblings, was being charged by their parents and his younger sisters.
The case has been filed in the town of Magdalena, Laguna, and a hearing was supposedly scheduled for the following week. (YLOU L. DAGOS)
