Three million four hundred thousand pesos (Php3,400,000.00) worth of shabu were seized during a joint anti-drug operation conducted by operatives of PDEA National Capital Region, PDEA RO IV-A Intelligence Section and PDEA Regional Office IV-A Special Enforcement Team in Pasay City.
On July 22, 2023 at around 2:20 in the afternoon authorities conducted buy-bust operation in-front of a fast food restaurant along Roxas Boulevard corner Russel Street, Barangay 76, Pasay City which resulted in the arrest of Isaac Frias y Mañosca alias Jabar, 20, male, single, construction worker and resident of Baclaran, Parañaque and Michael John Sunglao y Albesa, 22, male, single, bagger, resident of Barangay Santo Niño, Pasay City.
Seized by operatives were more or less 500 grams of suspected shabu worth Php3,400,000.00 and buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Article II of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
