Arestado ang dalawang (2) street level individual (SLI) sa ikinasang drug buy-bust operation ng pulis Sta. Cruz kahapon Setyembre 24, 2023
Kinilala ni Police Colonel HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Officer-in-Charge, Laguna PPO ang mga suspek na si Alyas Jay at Ricky parehong residente ng Santa Cruz, Laguna.
Ayon sa ulat ni PMAJ LAURENCE C ABOAC, Hepe ng Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station, nagkasa ang kanilang Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) ng drugs buy-bust operation kahapon sa ganap na 11:45 ng gabi Setyembre 23, 2023 sa Sitio Maulawin, Brgy. Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna, na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ni alyas Jay matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang iligal na droga sa police poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Nakumpiska sa suspek ang tatlong (3) pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang iligal na droga na may timbang na aabot sa 2 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng humigit kumulang PhP13,600.00, isang coin purse at isang unit ng cellphone na narekober din sa suspek ang buy-bust money.
Sa hiwalay na police operation ng Santa Cruz Municipal Police Station naaresto si alyas Ricky sa ganap na 2:30 ng madaling-araw Setyembre 24, 2023 sa Sitio Sta Elena, Brgy. Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang iligal na droga sa police poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Nakumpiska sa suspek ang dalawang (2) pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang iligal na droga na may timbang na 1.8 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng PhP12,000.00 at isang coin purse na narekober din sa suspek ang buy-bust money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Sta. Cruz MPS ang mga arestadong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.” Samantala, ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) para sa forensic examination.
Sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Ang pagkakaaresto sa mga suspek na ito ay resulta sa mas pinaigting na kampanya ng Laguna PNP laban sa iligal na Droga. Binibigyang babala ko din ang ating mga kababayan na umiwas o wag masangkot sa pinagbabawal na gamot. Tutugisin namin kayo.” #gtgilao
