Camp BGEN Vicente P Lim- The Police Regional Office CALABARZON under the leadership of PBGEN PAUL KENNETH T LUCAS is all set to ensure safety and security of the public for this year’s upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Bayan elections as the campaign period commences tomorrow, Thursday, October 19.

“Our personnel are prepared to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to maintain a peaceful 10-day campaign period for the upcoming election. Our mission is to uphold the integrity of the electoral process by providing a safe atmosphere wherein our candidates within the entire CALABARZON region can present their platforms to the public, free from any threats or disturbances,” said PBGEN PAUL KENNETH T LUCAS.

Through active patrols, close coordination with local government units, the COMELEC 4A, and other involved government agencies, and continuous engagement with the community, PRO4A aims to create an environment where every citizen feels secure in expressing their democratic rights urging the candidates and their supporters to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to ensure a fair and peaceful electoral campaign.

“We have strategically deployed our personnel to maintain peace and order, prevent criminal activities, and address any potential issues that may arise during the campaign period and on election day. Sa ating mga kababayan, kami po ay magbabantay bente kwatro oras upang masigurong maidaraos natin ng payapa ang 10 araw na kampanya,” PBGEN LUCAS added.

The Regional Director also urged citizens to report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the authorities during said period.

The BSKE 2023 campaign period will start tomorrow, October 19 and will end on October 28, 2023.(RPIO4A)
