Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite — Through the joint intelligence-driven operation of Warrant Personnel of Silang Municipal Police Station together with PIT Isabela RIU-2 and Quezon Isabela Municipal Police Station, Most Wanted Person – Regional Level Nabbed in Barangay Minagbag, Quezon, Isabela, on March 8, 2024.
The Chief of Police of Silang Municipal Police Station, PLTCOL LOUIE DC GONZAGA, identified the suspect as alias “Arfie” wanted for the crime of 2 counts of Rape By Sexual Assault Under Article 266-A (1)(d) in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code.
After close monitoring and surveillance, alias “Arfie” was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of 2 counts of Rape By Sexual Assault Under Article 266-A (1)(d) in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code with Criminal Case Number TG-23-628(AS) and TG-23-629(AS) issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 3, Family Court, Tagaytay City, Cavite with no bail recommended for each case.
The suspect is now under the custody of Silang Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Cavite Police Provincial Office remains committed to hunting down people with an existing warrant of arrest to make sure that they will face the charges filed against them in court.
