Lanao del Sur – On June 20, 2024, personnel from 43SAC, 4SAB together with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Provincial Field Unit BAR as the lead unit and 1403rd RMFB, arrested a Top 5 Regional-Level Most Wanted Person, Ibra M. Dimakuta, in a joint law enforcement operation in Brgy. Bacayawan, Marantao, Lanao del Sur.
Ibra M. Dimakuta was arrested by virtue of Warrants of Arrest for Murder under Criminal Case No. 7271-14 and Kidnapping under CC No. 7270-14 both dated April 11, 2019 issued by regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur.
CIDG, LDS PFU took custody of the arrested suspect for documentation and proper disposition.
The success of the arrest highlights the commitment of the PNP SAF and other law enforcement unit exemplifying dedication in the maintenance of peace and order in the region.
