The Angono Municipal Police Station has arrested the number 8 Most Wanted Person in Rizal on charges of Illegal Recruitment and Estafa.
According to the report, the operation was conducted yesterday at around 4:41 PM on June 23, 2024, in Brgy. Poblacion Angono, Rizal. The arrested suspect, identified as Alyas Lardo, 61 years old and a resident of Angono, Rizal, was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Manila. The warrant pertains to cases of Illegal Recruitment, which is non-bailable, and Estafa, with a bail set at PHP 32,000.00.
The suspect is currently held at the Angono Custodial Facility while the court is being informed of his arrest.
PCOL FELIPE MARAGGUN, Provincial Director of Rizal PPO, praised the successful arrest of the suspect and reminded the public to be vigilant and not to trust individuals who offer money without legal documentation.
