Ayon sa ulat, nag sagawa ang Binangonan Municipal Drug Enforcement Team ng buy-bust operation na nagresulta sa pagkakahuli ni Alyas Rolly, 52-taong gulang, construction contractor at kasalukuyang naninirahan sa Parañaque City matapos na magbenta ito ng isang pakete ng hinihinalang shabu sa isang pulis na nagpanggap na poseur-buyer.
Gayundin, nakumpiska pa ang ibang ebidensya sa suspek:
8 pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na tinatayang may timbang na 26.44 gramo at Standard Drug na Php179,792.00
1 piraso ng Php500.00 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money;
1 piraso ng Php1000.00 bill na recovered money
1 piraso ng pouch
1 unit ng motorsiklo
Dinala ang mga nakumpiskang ebidensya sa Rizal Provincial Forensic Unit para sa tamang dokumentasyon at disposisyon.
Samantala, kasalukuyang nakapiit ang suspek sa Binangonan Custodial Facility na nahaharap sa reklamong paglabag sa R.A 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Pinuri naman ni PCOL FELIPE MARAGGUN, Provincial Director ng Rizal Police Provincial Office ang naging matagumpay na operasyon at naninindigan ito na ang mga kapulisan ng Rizal ay lalong magsisigasig upang mahuli ang mga taong patuloy na tumatangkilik at nagbebenta ng iligal na droga dito sa probinsya.
