Most Wanted ng CALABARZON arestado Matapos Kumuha ng Police Clearance

Isang lalaki ang naaresto sa Antipolo Component City Police Station nang matuklasan na Most Wanted pala sa CALABARZON at may kinakaharap na kasong pagpatay habang kumukuha ng National Police Clearance nito lamang Agosto 14 taong kasalukuyan bandang 12:33 ng hapon.

Kinilala ni Police Colonel Felipe B Maraggun, Provincial Director ang akusado na si Alyas Ben, 50-taong gulang at nakatira sa Brgy. San Roque Antipolo, City.

Nabisto ang nasabing akusado habang pinoproseso ang aplikasyon nito para sa National Police Clearance matapos lumabas sa database na mayroon itong pending warrant of arrest sa kasong Murder na ibinaba ng Regional Trial Court Malolos City Bulacan noong November 9, 2021 at walang nirerekomendang piyansa para dito.

Dahil dito, ay agad na inimpormahan ng tauhan na nakatalaga sa police clearance noong araw na iyon ang warrant team ng nasabing istasyon upang ihain ang warrant of arrest sa akusado at nagresulta sa matagumpay na pagkakaaresto nito.

Batay pa sa nakalap na impormasyon ng Antipolo PNP ay nagtago ang akusado sa Antipolo, City nuon pang taong 2021 dahil sa pagpatay niya sa kanyang kinakasama sa Bulacan.

Samantala, kasalukuyan nang nasa kustodiya ng Antipolo Custodial Facility ang nadakip na akusado habang ang korte ay iimpormahan sa naganap na operasyon.

Sa mensahe ni PCOL MARAGGUN ay aniya na ang pagkakahuli sa suspek ay bunga ng mas pinabilis na National Police Clearance System na nakakatulong upang malaman kung ang isang tao ay nagtatago sa batas. Patuloy na magsisigasig ang Rizal PNP na panatilihin ang kapayapaan sa lalawigan. RIZALPPOPIO
