Base sa report ng Sariaya PNP,dakong alas 11:55 ng gabi habang nakatayo at nakaistambay si Magsino sa tabi ng isang food stall ng bigalng sumulpot ang mga suspek at walang habas na pinagbabaril ito na naging sanhi ng agad nitong pagkamatay.
Mabilis na tumakas ang mga gunmen sakay ng isang kotseng sedan patungo sa direksyon ng bayan ng Candelaria, Quezon.
Nagsagawa ng follow up at hot pursuit police operation ang mga awtoridad upang mahuli ang mga tumakas na suspek,blangko pa ang pulisya sa motibo at dahilan ng pamamaril sa biktima.
